Birth Care Staffing Specialists, Inc. was founded in 2001 by Patty Wirth RN, Labor & Delivery nurse with over twenty nine years experience. The original goal was to supply hospitals with high levels of experience by providing relief staff to Labor & Delivery Units. Within no time the hospitals were requesting Birth Care Staffing to add NICU/Special Care Nursery Nurses to complete the overall care to the Perinatal Unit.
EXPERIENCE is the key to a successful placement for our hospitals in order to provide quality care. We recruit the best and most experienced professionals (requirement of 3 years minimum) in the Perinatal community. This unique strength is what differentiates us from our competitors.
Our goal is to offer our clients reasonable bill rates while offering our Nurses leading pay rates and exceptional benefits.
